Got this for my Expedition C. I had another RAM mount for my older Lowrance unit, but they needed different cradles. I got a suction cup mount since my older one is for clamping to tubes, and with RAM these are all interchangeable, so now I have 2 mounting methods for both units.
Suction cup sticks tight to the windshield, you twist a flap on the base of it and it draws it in, and then locks tight. Overall it seems to be good quality like my older RAM mount, everything is solid when tightened down.

I bought this for my boat. This is a first class piece of kit for a handheld GPS / chartplotter. It is American made, well constructed and very robust and does exactly what it is advertised to do. The suction mounting enables you to site your GPS anywhere you want on the boat. An excellent product and well priced although the carriage cost from the U.S. is quite steep at $25. I couldn’t find any sources for this product in the UK nor anything of comparable quality or utility.
